Surrounded by Nurseries, orchards, small businesses, and a handful of private residences, our client engaged us to create a private residence that utilised an existing 80’s built home to create a family home to take advantage of the rural feel of the area and deliver a modern pavilion style of architecture that would endure the growing families aspirations for quality living.

Clean lines, sun drenched, flowing, and connected to the landscape surrounds underpin the conceptual framework, and the team at D3 Projects delivered to the millimetre!

The new pavilions are constructed with low maintenance materials, face brick walls, natural timber walls, and metal roofing selected to weather and stand the test of time. The interior is neutral with natural stone and timber finishes to compliment the external pallet.
